“My Account” will show you your personal details: Name, where you are from, email, phone number and the date you joined INKPAY as well as your address. To edit these details, you can click on Edit User to make changes (please note that you are not able to currently update your email address and mobile number - please contact us to do this).
Customer:
Scroll down and you can see the Customer window which has important information about your spend limit and employment status. To make changes to your employment information - you can click on Edit Customer. Here you can update and confirm these details by uploading a payslip. Please check these details carefully before submitting as this can increase your spending limit.
Underneath your employment details you will be shown a toggle view between Payments, Orders and Quotes.
Payments that have been paid and repayments that are pending payment. Reference numbers, the type of payment, their status, amount and due date are all shown. When the payment is made, it will also show you the date it was paid.
Orders are shown by reference number, the business where the tattoo was received, the status of the order, amount, booking date and when the order was created.
Quotes are shown by reference number, the business, status of the quote, description how much is quoted and the day that it was created. If you have created a quote that has been sent to multiple businesses, the quote will show here as a specific business responds to it.
Payment Methods:
Beneath this you will be shown your Payment Methods. This shows your available cards for deposits, repayments and gift purchases. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Direct debit bank deposits will be coming soon. You can Add a new card here, set your specific cards as default cards and remove old cards from the account.
Two Factor Authentication:
Beneath this you have the ability to choose the option to turn on your Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra account security.
Password:
Here you can update your Password to protect your account. To change your password, you just need to enter your old one and then enter a new password twice to confirm. Your password requires a Minimum of 8 characters, at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one number or symbol. Then click “Update Password” to confirm.
Device Login History:
Here you can see when you have logged in last and the devices and IP addresses you have logged in from.
