If your spend limit is still showing as $0.00, then you have not completed the Account verification process. To do this, click on the "Complete Account Verification" tab at the top of the screen, or the "Verification Wizard" tab in "My Account" to finalize your sign up.
Once this process has been completed you will be given a spend limit of up to $1000 to use with participating Tattoo Studios.
