Inkpay uses a third party verification system. You need to be able to take or provide a photo of your photo ID, front and back.
You can do this by selecting to take a photo or by selecting to upload a file. Please ensure that the picture is clear and readable to be able to verify your ID.
If you are using your mobile phone and the system is not allowing you to take a photo or upload a file, it is possible that you have declined the system access to your camera and files and you will need to change this within your settings.
