Once an order is created, it will display a status that changes throughout the process. The order statuses are as follows:
Pending - The customer needs to login to their account and select ‘Begin Order’
Requires OTP - The customer needs to enter the one time password sent to either their mobile or email address
Requires Payment - The customer needs to confirm their payment method
Requires Inkcode - The business needs to enter the Inkcode supplied by the customer
Confirmed - The customer has been charged and you can proceed with the order
Service Completed - The order has been completed
Cancelled - The order has been cancelled
