If you are getting an error message saying your number is already in use when you try to sign up for an Inkpay account, you may already have an account with Inkpay.
Please go to Inkpay.com, and click on 'forgot password', enter your email address and you will be sent a password reset email.
If you are not sure if you already have an account, or if you tried to get a password reset email but it hasn't come through please email help@inkpay.com and we can look into this for you.
