COMPLETE AN ORDER
1: From your Dashboard click on ‘Orders’ under ‘Jobs and Bookings’
2: Click into the order and ‘Begin order’
3: Select SMS or Email to send a notification to your client to proceed
- From the ‘Orders’ section of their dashboard, they can view the pending order by selecting the reference number
- They will then select ‘Confirm Order’.
- From here they can see the order details and select whether they wish to make repayments weekly or fortnightly and view their repayment dates.
- After selecting ‘Next Step’, they will receive a verification code to their email or phone.
- They will then enter the verification code and click ‘Confirm Verification Code'.
- Next, they will select the payment method and ‘Confirm Order’.
4:The customer has been charged and payment has been received by Inkpay. You may now proceed with the tattoo.
5: Once you have finished the tattoo, select ‘Complete Order’.
6: You will receive email notification and the order status will be updated to ‘Confirmed’ then we will release the funds to your business. (Payment runs are done 4pm daily QLD time)
7: You will have the option to add a photo or customer signature for a final verification.
