Your account will be suspended if you have breached the Terms of Use. This may include but is not limited to: your account being in arrears, not updating contact details, or other activity that we reasonably deem to be suspicious.
If your account has been suspended, you will no longer have access to your account or INKPAY services.
You will however be able to request the reactivation of your account (please contact help@inkpay.com). At this time we may ask for further evidence of your ability to make repayments in the future.
