Once you accept your job and your 40% payment has been made, the studio is paid in full for the job. So, INKPAY requires a refund from the studio in order to process any payments back to you. This is why job requests should only be accepted on the day of your tattoo, not prior.
Any refunds, credits or cancellations are subject to the refund policy of the tattoo studio. We accept no liability if the tattoo studio refuses to refund you all or part of the purchase price.
Therefore, you will need to contact the studio if you wish to arrange a refund.
