Please ensure when you sign up that you are entering your details correctly, as they would show on your personal identification - this will be important when verifying your account.
You will then need to provide your email address. You will then receive a link via email to verify your email address. Click on the link to verify.
You will then be asked to provide a mobile number, make sure it's entered correctly so that you receive your verification code! Enter this code in app to proceed with the sign up.
Next you will need to complete your customer profile with your address and employment details. Make sure you enter these details correctly, as this will determine whether we are able to grant you a spending limit. If we find that false details have been provided, you will loose your INKPAY spending limit.
Once your profile is complete you will be asked to verify your ID. It is important that all previous information has been provided correctly so that your ID verification goes smoothly. Valid ID accepted for Australia and New Zealand customers are: Passport, Driver Licence, Photo Card, New South Wales Driving Instructor Licence, Tasmanian Government Personal Information card, immiCard, Proof of Age Card, Australian Defence Force Identification card, New Zealand emergency travel documentation, New Zealand refugee travel document, New Zealand certificate of identity. Unfortunately we do not accept a Birth Certificate or medicare card.
Once all these steps have been done you will receive an email welcoming you to INKPAY with your new spending limit.
