How do I start a chat?

1. Click on ‘Start Chat’ or ‘Add Quote to chat’  from the QuikQuote to begin a conversation with the customer. You may also choose to start the chat before editing the quote.
2. From here you can add other staff members to the conversation to chat directly with the customer.
3. An order can then be created from the QuikQuote.
